At the Heart of the Community

Why use the Pavilion on the Park?

The Pavilion on the Park is an accessible and inclusive venue run by Eastleigh Youth and Community Trust for and with the local community. We provide a range of Trust-led activities and services, from Little Pixies stay and play to a One4all programme of social and sporting activities for people with additional needs. Our resident hirers include the 4th Eastleigh Scouts, Eastleigh Pantry (run by RCS), Aspire Boxing and a day centre for older people run by One Community.

We are a popular choice of hire venue for local people, businesses, charities, the NHS and other services. Our spaces include a series of meeting rooms, a large sports hall and a smaller hall which is perfect for parties and social gatherings.

With a changing places facility and on-site defibrillator, our venue is a safe place for people with a wide variety of access and health needs. We are a hate crime reporting centre, a period products pick-up point, and we host a community fridge in our foyer, ensuring that we are able to support the most vulnerable members of the community to overcome the impact of hardship and inequality.

Our flagship Trust-led projects include inclusive cycling and a multi-sensory room facility. We offer a warm welcome to the whole community, but we are particularly proud of our expertise in working with people with disabilities, both adults and children.

Our friendly and experienced team of staff and volunteers are First Aid and Dementia Friends trained, and are passionate about promoting active, flourishing and connected lives for all.
