Eastleigh Community Fridge
The Pavilion on the Park is proud to be the home of the Eastleigh Community Fridge – a fridge and larder that is stocked up every week with surplus food and open to anyone in need.
The Community Fridge is run in partnership with the Blackbird Café and Thrive Church, who are based at the centre. It is stocked up every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning, along with occasional fill ups on a Tuesday evening (6pm-7pm). Eastleigh Repair Café
Got something that needs fixing? The Eastleigh Repair Café is open on the last Saturday of each month for free consultations.
In a bid to reduce waste from going into landfill, we invite members of the community to bring along anything they have that is worse for wear – from clothing and toys to electrical and household items – for our regular volunteers to fix for free.
Spare parts may incur a fee – donations are warmly received for items that are successfully fixed. Eastleigh Repair Café is generously funded by Hampshire County Council’s Waste Prevention grant funding.

Crafternoon
Crafternoon offers local people a chance to get together and be creative, every Monday afternoon from 12.30 - 14.30 in the Greenfinch Suite.
Enjoy weekly guided crafting activities led by local artist, Veronica Williams - or bring your own crafts and enjoy the friendly, artistic ambience.
Crafternoon is generously funded by the People’s Health Trust.
Meet & Do
Meet & Do Mondays are all about coming together with other members of the community and enjoying peaceful activities with good company.
From colouring and knitting to solving puzzles and playing board games, Meet & Do is the perfect opportunity to chill and meet new people.
Cycle of the Seed
This year, we are pleased to be taking part in the Eastleigh Greening Campaign, along with a friendly network of other local groups and individuals.
We are leading the ‘Cycle of the Seed’ pillar, with the aim of helping people to get growing through a year-long programme of gardening activities.
We are currently on the look-out for green-fingered volunteers to join our new Patio Gang and help transform our outdoor space by the Blackbird Café.
