We are thrilled to announce that our Sensory4All scheme has been awarded a £1900 grant from the amazing #CashForKids scheme.
This generosity will allow our Sensory project to continue running our special Hiders & Seekers Saturday sessions for children with S/END, as well as providing funding for three families with disabled and/or neuro-diverse children to experience a Sensory4all birthday party this year. We also intend to purchase some exciting new sensory equipment for all our visitors to enjoy!
Project Coordinator and Early Years and Reminiscence Lead, Ali Stubbington said:
“We are so delighted to be awarded this funding. Competition was fierce but the Cash4Kids team told us they were inspired by what we do at our charity. Thanks to their generous support, up to 100 children with disabilities and additional needs will get to experience parties and play sessions which are exactly tailored for them so they can have fun with friends and thrive – just like any other child. That’s what we are all about at Pavilion on the Park and that’s what puts big smiles on all our faces”.
Sensory4All is a unique multi-sensory space that caters for people of all ages and all abilities. Described by visitors as “a little hidden gem in Eastleigh”, the Sensory Suite is open four to six days a week and offers a range of bespoke set-ups and therapeutic activities which engage all the senses and promote development.
